Goal Setting

Goal SettingLesson 3 of 64 min read

Ten steps each

Step two. Ten short term steps under every long term goal, thirty in total, because a goal with no route written under it gets abandoned.

Under each of your three goals, write ten short term goals. Thirty lines in total.

Why the route is the point

People do not abandon their goals because the goal was wrong. They abandon them because they never wrote down how to get there.

A goal on its own gives you nothing to do on a Tuesday evening. Ten steps under it do.

A goal with no written route is the version of the goal that gets dropped.

Ten under each

Ten under the first goal, ten under the second, ten under the third.
